Birthdays

Its so hard to believe that Peyton turned 3 years old on Friday, November 21st and Maddison turned 4 on the 22nd. It seems just like yesterday that I was in the hospital having Maddison. What a short, but special time we had with her. My little angel is in Heaven celebrating her fourth birthday. I'm so jealous that I didn't get to spend it with her. What does she look like now? Is she still a baby or is she 4? These are questions that I wonder all the time. I was talking to Peyton a couple of weeks ago telling him that his birthday was coming up and so was Maddison's. I said you will be 3 on Friday and she will be 4 on Saturday. He told me he didn't want a birthday he wanted to go to Heaven for Maddison's birthday. He said, "Mommy, I want to see Maddison in Heaven". How do you answer that for a 3 year old to understand. I told him one day we will get to see her in Heaven and we will have lots of parties with her. We had Peyton's party at Chick-Fil-A on Friday night. He had 5 friends come and the only person he wanted to come was a youth minister now, Matthew Phillips. I used to babysit Matthew and his sister Melody when they were younger. Peyton has grown so attached to Matthew and how sweet and special for Matthew and his dad, Mr. Steve, to come to his party. I'll have to get pictures up so everyone can see.
